My breakfast currently is:
- 1 bowl of oatmeal w/ all bran & protein powder on top
- 2 pieces of wholemeal toast w/ peanut butter
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 cup of green tea w/ 2 teabags
I've been on this for a long time now, and frankly I'm getting tired of it so I thought I'd switch to somethen different. Here's what I had in mind:
- 4 eggs (1 egg yoke, 3 egg whites) cooked ronnie coleman style (lol)
- 4 pieces of wholemeal toast (2 w/ peanut butter)
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 cup of green tea w/ 2 teabags
My only problem is with the new one, it's a bit high in fat (somethen like 18 gs I think) so I could switch the peanut butter to vegemite or somethen like that (does any other country but Australia have vegemite? lol) but I thought I'd get your input fellas, any suggestions would be appreciated
