New Breakfast Idea

My breakfast currently is:
  • 1 bowl of oatmeal w/ all bran & protein powder on top
  • 2 pieces of wholemeal toast w/ peanut butter
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 cup of green tea w/ 2 teabags

I've been on this for a long time now, and frankly I'm getting tired of it so I thought I'd switch to somethen different. Here's what I had in mind:
  • 4 eggs (1 egg yoke, 3 egg whites) cooked ronnie coleman style (lol)
  • 4 pieces of wholemeal toast (2 w/ peanut butter)
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 cup of green tea w/ 2 teabags

My only problem is with the new one, it's a bit high in fat (somethen like 18 gs I think) so I could switch the peanut butter to vegemite or somethen like that (does any other country but Australia have vegemite? lol) but I thought I'd get your input fellas, any suggestions would be appreciated

Actually looks good to me. I wouldn't be too worried about that the fat calories at all especially in the morning.

For breakfast i usually have -

2 cups of cooked rice
8 ounce chicken breast
multi-vitamin
1 litre of water
Multivitamin Juice
And usually some wheetbix

Lol thanks for the spam evil.

Why shouldn't I worry about the fat intake of a morning? I'm not sure how much is sat fat, I'd say around half or so though.

Because your body is somewhat in a fasted state upon waking and it will utilize calories much more efficiently at this time.

my current cutting phase breakfast is

1 yolk, 4 or 5 whites
1 cup oatmeal (uncooked when measured)
1 cup of greentea

this is an hour after waking, immediately upon waking i have a protein shake and a thermo tab

I see no problems with your breakfast, except depending on what you're trying to do, if you're trying to cut i'd say its a bit high on the carb side (i.e. 4 pieces of toast)

how about replacing the peanut butter with some sugar free jam/jelly? this could give you a change.



my cutting breakfast includes,

8 egg whites
1/4 cup kidney beans
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 serving natural applesauce

I mix the eggs/beans together and i mix the oatmeal/applesauce together
