Thats what I normally do. I got some Quaker Oatmeal Bars ...which im sure are junk but i eat 2 of those before lifting (like on my way to the gym) ... then i have a shake with 2 scoops whey(vanilla), banana, 2 eggs, and some peanut butter..... then around 730 - 8 i will make myself 6 eggs scrambled with some watermellon or any kinda fruit .....
However, the more i read the more i know how crappy i have been eating .... I am currently trying to figure out what i should do ...cut diet ....or bulk diet

....like i duno which one i should do first ...so im gonna read up on that ... also im gettin gear (Dboll Test E and Deca all comin so i think i might just say fuck it an go for a bulk diet...but still need to find one before i start usin
