Throw them all together, then drink it.

you want to take in some carbs before training. i eat oatmeal before training usually with maybe some protein source too like chicken. mostly i will stick with 1cup oatmeal only and grainy bread. i train right after eating. the walk/drive to the gym is enough for getting good to go.

You need a shitload of protein before training, and carbs. Eat alot more, and eat it atleast one hour before working out.

I agree.... u need to give ur body time to ingest what you just ate and give it back to you, just before a workout isnt enough time, besides i think eating just before a workout makes me mroe likely to throw up

agreed with the supplement time tho.. 30 mins is usually standard for alot of supplements, unless of course your dividing pills throughout the day

Eat one hour before you train and then take the creatine about 20-30 minutes before you train.

Hi!

I would recommend using fast carbs before training sessions. 10 min before your training suits the apsorption well, when your already have an emty stomach. About 20-30g of maltodextrin, 2-3 g of BCAA's or whey isolate, glutamin, leucin and vit-C, vit-E with some magnesium and other salts to keep you hydrated during your session would make up a REALLY great pre-workout drink in my opinion.
