Protien and caloric intake of on and off days

Hey fellas,

Do you guys have higher or lower protien and caloric intake on you lift days than you do on your off days??

Or do yall try and level it out to an equal amount throughout your weekly diet?

You probably found what you were looking for, but IMO intake should be tailored to expenditure to make most effecient use of your nutrients.
