Hokai.
Yesterday i did read the grocery list and found tuna. Well i did knew that tuna has alot of protein and so on, before ofcourse. But it made me go to shop and buy few (4 to be precise) cans of tuna in water.

1can of tuna (185g)
100g contains: 24,5protein and fat as low as 0,2.
So by eating one can i get alot of good protein and all, so i did, i ate one can... was good to be honest tasted like, tuna

So i thought why not and ask how do u eat ur tuna? Raw, on bread, mixed with something?

I eat tuna alone or tuna omelettes. 1 whole egg 2 egg whites and a pair of cans of tuna (160 grs) do a nice meal for me.

I did just eat tuna raw and drink water also, so it would not be so dry.

Yes, you're right. I like it (don't know how is it in america, australia or whereever but here in Spain the most common can of tuna is in olive oil. Delicious).
But that's too much fat :_(

Welcome to the board BTW

Yes, first I put the egg whites in the pan and mix it up until turned into scrambled eggs, then I drain the water out of the tuna and dump it in the pan and mix the two unti the tuna and egg whites start to turn brown and crispy. Its very tasty.
