I have just used the bmr calculater on bb.com im cutting at the moment and my daily intake is 2049 calories which i think is ok im loosing weight so it seems to be going ok. Im 5"10, 97kg with about 19% bf the calculater came out with an average bmr as 1510 I think this is very low, it uses four different methods the highest is 2015 the lowest is 1346 what do you guys think, should I use it?

Most of the calculators are just semi accurate guesses, id say stick with what has been working, and just do what feels right man

Agreed...why change something that is working. But just as a rule 40%-protien, 30%-carbs, 30% fats...

BMR calcs are an estimate. If you want and accurate measure you have to do all sorts of tests and get blood work done.

Good guide can be to know your diet intake, and if not loosing weight, changing it by a couple hundred calories. Keep making this adjustment (this isn't daily but fortnightly) over the course of your diet.
