yea so this new job is messing with me. want to know what i ate today?
well here it is:

6:30 - 2/3 cup oatmeal, 250ml egg whites

12:30ish - 1cup oatmeal mixed up in 2 scoops protein


3:30 - Oh Henry chocolate bar.

and in addition been sipping up boxes of free juice loaded with sugar basically.


i dont know what the heck to do man. i havent lost much weight as of yet but im looking less fuller and lost some size and thickness in the chest area, however alot of fat hold up in the lower abdominals and side obliques.



is there even any point of going to the gym today? fuck it! today is my chest day but i dont think that will happen at all!

yeh I know what you mean unless you work in a gym your boss isnt going to like you going off every few hours to eat I used to get the piss taken out of me for eating bowls of brown rice and fish but fuck em dont give up mate might as well do your chest nothing to loose

i would but there is no point because i wont get to eat it. like today i took 1 chicken breast and a leg/thigh piece. it came back just like that as i couldnt eat it and i ate it once i got home! last time i took some rice, tuna and chicken also, that too came back home then i ate it.

well this gig is just for the last 2 months of summer (July to end of August) and then i go back to University in Sept. I work for Todays Parent magazine under Kid Summer. We hold even for kids and parents so everyday its a different place where events take place. basically we set up our booths and have gift bags to give out and everyday we probably hand out 5000 of those or less on some days . its kinda a chill job, not much to do but to hand out flyers. we are just given the time to come then when ever we run out of boxes/gift bags we can rap up and go to the office then go home. everyday i report to the office then from there we go all together in the cars with the set up and equipment and tons of boxes.

Well why not when you are handing out flyers just munch on some food? I mean you can eat chicken brests with your hands. Bro at least get something in you, that is not a lot of cals at all. I know your tryin' maybe there is some extra time you are over looking?

Sorry to hear that bro, sounds like you are trying although your job is making it impossible. Sometimes when I work I sneak off and eat when I am not supposed to, just do your best to at least maintain and hit it hard once you go back to school.

This is the ideal time for shakes. Have them mixed up ready in drink bottles. That way you can be sipping on them while you work.
