Tuna is great for dieting. Any fish is good for dieting. Its probably better than chicken or turkey. Usually I mix tuna with egg whites, and it tastes great.

uhh, you might be able to buy egg whites in a carton, I can over in america. Just look around, but you could always drop an egg in a bowl and spoon the yolk out, I used to do that.

dont forget your healthy carbs.

Stay away from the high GI Foods like Bananas and Potatoes unless you eat them right when you wake up or right after you workout.

Apples, Grapes, Peaches, Pears, etc.

Corn, Beans, Greens, etc.

You gotta have the healthy carbs when dieting too man, they give you energy and are great for the body!

yes, good fat.

Good fat = polyunsaturated & monounsaturated, I've even heard a certain amount of saturated fats are good, but try to stay clear of them. Try even drinking Skim Milk if you can bare the taste.

trans fat is the worst, you want zero of thsi in your diet. ZERO OF IT!

for oatmeal just look at the nutritional facts, it probably has around 25g of Carbs, thats good. A banana at breakfast time is also good, you should throw that in there. Theres your carbs right there, plus eating some eggs, theres your protein, plus skim milk or 2% and you got a nice healthy meal right there. Oh yea, dont forget the multi vitamin. Hard part is eating like that all day.
