Look jorn, i made him a bulking diet. He had a list of specific foods i could chose from to make the diet. I called my old trainer who has a PHD in nutrition and asked him about it. Thier is no need for u to try and discredit people all the time exspecially when their sources are older and smarter than u. so instead of smarting offf to people and trying to disrespect me by laughing at what u think i dont know, just dont say anything bc no one likes your childish comments anyways.

So get off my dick bc u been grindin on me for a month now and its getting old.

Like I care what the people here think of me. How many times do I have to explain I'm not intressted in getting a bunch of e-buddies and then scream paycheck together?

I'm not grinding you specially or something, anyone who posts BS gets called out, you just do it all the time.

No one said u did care, u made that clear in the past bro.

I didnt post BS. I DID NOT tell tweak that high glycmic fruits belonged in a cutting diet, i put thme in his diet, which was a bulking one. YES fruit can be in a cutting diet at the correct times, but low glycemic fruit.

Again theirs absoloutley no reson for my old trainer good friend to post here, he makes an excellant living doing what he does.

Again jorn i dont wanna get into arguing with u bc their is no point. So if u want to reply to this go ahead if not fine by me, bc im done goin back n forth with u on this topic. I dont see what their is left to discuss, and ANY TOPIC in Bodybuilding isnt worth this many posts back n forth.

stay away from fruit and milk. milk makes your skin thick, and fruit gets stored as empty calories.

Though I love mocking, I never do it when someone puts up good info. Post good info, and you're save.

Good you understood it, but you need to read a bit more about then the one line he said.
