Ive seen alot of bodybuilding videos like jay cutlers, ronnies, lee priest, dennis james, kevin levrone, shawn ray...etc. Well some of them talk about cutting back on sodium when there getting really close to a show, and I dont know why that makes a difference when preparing for a contest. Like in one of Jays videos, he says something like..."Im about 3 days out from the contest and I really cut back on my sodium" I need to know about sodium, please help me out, I greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

excess sodium will cause your body to hold more water. that's why if you run a cycle of AAS you should avoid as much sodium as possible...

Not true at all - sodium can actually be a very anabolic
