well, depending on the amount of muscle you wanna gain...it really comes down to the big 3, eating, training, rest..
im meso/ecto, but my goal is extreme mass right now, so 7-8k cal is about my average...i keep a keen eye on my waistline so its not too big...lift heavy, eat heavier..it sounds stupid simple, but it works for me
