what do you guys think is the best meal replacement bar.
I only have 10mins at work to eat a meal and its not enought time for me to eat a whole meal, i always have left overs so i was thinking of getting a high calorie bar to help between meals what do you guys think??

If you eat the other food as you wait for the rice you could probably make and get this all down in 10-15mins. Hope this helps.

Simple
1 can fruit 210
1 med. banana 100

Complex
1 can of Yams 400
1c Brown Rice (2 prepared) 300
2 pieces whole grain bread 140

Protein
1 tbsp PB 200
1 can tuna 250
1 glass of milk (8oz) 90
1 scoop optimum choc PP 120

Fat
EFA oil 120
omega 3 (from tuna) na

Total: 1930

I agree w/ benny on this one. those bars are damn expensive and your better off making your own. or, like someone else said, you can just get some canned chicken or tuna and bring some bread or something along those lines for carbs.

Not to mention the fact that most of those bars are gross as hell , YUCK. I tried one of those muscletech bars figuring sence their shakes are awesome the bars shouldnt be bad. I nearly puked after eating it , and to this day I gag at the thought of that bars taste.
