Thats the last socialising now past ! I`ve just returned from a two day golf trip with 8 workmates.
I tried to keep it as strict as possible and after the golf both days I only had pints of soda water and lime !
My meal at night in the Hotel, I had smoked salmon salad starter, I had a Fillet steak, no potatoes and had green beans for veg. No pudding but did have some chesse and oat cakes. So that was good, It was although washed down with a lovely bottle of Pinot Noir Echo Valley wine. Yes I had a whole bottle ???
Walked for 4 hours on the course the next days again so hopefully will have burned it back off.
We`ll see tommorrow morning when I step on the scales if I`m in trouble !
Just to keep it accurate I was 83.8kg on Monday morning prior to going away. So I`ll post what weight I am when I step on the scales first thing Wednesday morning !!
The real diet starts now for the last 5 weeks !!

Huh? It's more that I train like him. Not that I copy his workouts or something, but I never saw him saying stuff I disafree with. So find what he says about it (quite alot) and see I've been saying that the whole time.

my collarbones are little big and almost covering the upper arear of my checst muscle....

I'm moving furniture for 6-12 hours for work...and still trying to hold onto my mass while losing more fat...after I get paid and join a real gym I will start a log and post pics

Sorry I`ve not been on much lately but very busy at work and when I`m not there I`m preparing for the BNBF ( Natural) Scottish Championships which are on this Sunday 28th May in Edinburgh.
I`ve also been out in the garage trying to finish off my restoration of my 1970 MG. Would like to get it finished before the couple of weeks of summer that we get here ????????????
Attached is a photo of me taken yesterday when we were checking my condition. Camera and lighting not great but the photo should give you the general idea !!
