I know this is a bone of contention for most people. However, me personally, I can feel the majority of the stress on my inner pec area when doing those exercises, and the muscular ache the next day backs it. You may not be able to specifically isolate it but it seems that you (or at least I) can emphasise a specific area.

Not you, nor your mother, nor the ex-friend from your old neighbours girlfriends uncle, not ANYONE else in the world can do that. IMPOSSIBLE. Stop argueing about it, it's pointless. I've explanined before why it's IMPOSSIBLE, look it up, remmeber it and spread it around.

Maybe you can shift stress and done it to your head?

I knew I'd get flamed for it and I knew it would be you saying it. I know the evidence to support it's inability to target the pec in such a manner but I'm telling you how my chest responds and feels in doing it. I'm not going to argue something that evidently is just affecting me as you will simply state that it's bullshit. You don't believe it, I do for me. That's it. Thank you. :)

Rocky, you don't have to accept I'm right, but I am. There's nothing to argue about. Your only argument is that you THINK your chest responds to it and feel it.

Plz don't argue with people who know far more then you about this. What's next, you don't breath oxigen? It's just basic physiology. The reason you can't argue evidence is because its EVIDENCE.

Sometimes you can annoy the fuck out of me. Quite often actually. Pretty much all the time except that time you posted Maria pic's
