I know this is a bone of contention for most people. However, me personally, I can feel the majority of the stress on my inner pec area when doing those exercises, and the muscular ache the next day backs it. You may not be able to specifically isolate it but it seems that you (or at least I) can emphasise a specific area.

I knew I'd get flamed for it and I knew it would be you saying it. I know the evidence to support it's inability to target the pec in such a manner but I'm telling you how my chest responds and feels in doing it. I'm not going to argue something that evidently is just affecting me as you will simply state that it's bull****. You don't believe it, I do for me. That's it. Thank you. :)

Rocky, you don't have to accept I'm right, but I am. There's nothing to argue about. Your only argument is that you THINK your chest responds to it and feel it.

Plz don't argue with people who know far more then you about this. What's next, you don't breath oxigen? It's just basic physiology. The reason you can't argue evidence is because its EVIDENCE.

And yeah Deadman - this thread is just for those that don't want to make their own pic thread. Plus the original idea was to get people doing the same poses then hope that someone would make a "virtual" posedown with the pics side by side, but didn't kinda happen! :)

Wha about u can train put more stress on the middle of your PECTORIALS by doing close grip work, and u breathe gas. Both are 100% true

Don`t like the bickering and some keep it going as they`ve nothing better to do with there time ?
Get into the Gym and train. Period.
I`ve not posted here for a while as just as I`ve said, I`m in the Gym training for the Over 40, BNBF ( Natural) Scottish Championships in 6 weeks time !

Thanks guys I need some motivation just now ! As I said still over 5 weeks to go. So the photos not bad, but its in poor light, ****e camera and as you say no tan. So another 2 or 3 kilo off and the dehydration the last few days I am hopefull that I will be SHREDDED !!!
I`ll obviously keep you updated and post a coup[le of show photos after the event.
Low carb day today , which is almost making my hands shakey when I`m sitting here.
Carbs today have been 80g portion of oats at 9am, (carbs 50g )whey shake at 11m had NO CARBS, 1pm, chicken breast with a red pepper all cooked quickly on the George Foreman grill. ( so that was very little about 30g ) 3.30pm, Whey shake + liquid egg whites added.( no carbs)
6pm Salmon steak,brocolli, mushrooms, green salad. ( 30g carbs )

I`ll try and resist carbs for the rest of the evening ????

I'm 5kg leaner now than that pic, will try and get a few gym shots done.
