ok everyone, i turned 17 3days ago, i have a pic when i first started training
at 14 almost 15!
i wasnt gona post n e pics up, but i read the reply's n after that guy started saying u guys rnt natural u cant be big n ripped at the same time i wantd to show a pic of me a few days b4 my 15th bday.

thanks rock, ive goten alot bigger now, but im having probelsm it sems my inner chest has goten smaller

Yeah inner chest can be a bitch. Try closer grip on your bench and do pec dec - really pause at the peak contraction on the pec dec - makes a difference imo!

like rocky said the best workout for your inner chest is on the pecdeck or cables,
Doing close partial reps with high weight.

Another good exercise is to bend over as if you were going to do dumbell rows,
then get a light weight dumbbell and hold it out straight
so it's pointing at the floor, then bring the bumbbell across your chest with your arm still straight trying to hit your opposite shoulder.

Thats a great one, if you can understand what i just said lol.
