nabba SE (qualifier)in Aylesbury on April 22

BNBF (qualifier) in St. Albans in July (TBA)

WABBA Body Beautiful Spectacular in Colchester August 3/4 (whole day for women, next day for men, should be fab!)

Gravesend Classic, Gravesend Kent August 28th-(might be qualifier for UKBFF or EFBB whatever it is called now). My wonderful wonderful coach Kimberly-Anne Jones is organising this show (women's side) and the women's events for WABBA


FLex mag is sponsering a EFBB/UKFBB? a show in September up North, may have to do this one for my buddy who is one of their writers

Hopefully I will have made the finals for BNBF, early Oct, not sure when NABBA finals are, think in June

That's my year in a nutshell, plus work, plus Uni xxxx

Nah! I've a long way to go before that! Do it for my own challenge! My legs suck! :)
But the more I'm on here, the more I want to get bigger and give it a go just to see how I do out of curiosity! When's your next show?

I'm having next year off to add more size but I will be attending most of the NPA shows.I was dieting for 25 weeks last year and think I will benefit from a rest.I think it is well worth going to some of the natural shows as it gives you something to compare yourself to and is great for motivation.Here's a shot from the NPA British Finals last year.The winner Kevin Skelland,is on the left,John Heaton,3rd,in the centre and me,5th,on the right.Kevin went on to win the UIBBN World Championships in Paris-gives me something to aim for but I think I need another stone of muscle
