I am planning on doing Titan (bling show in London) on Feb 26th or 28th

nabba SE (qualifier)in Aylesbury on April 22

BNBF (qualifier) in St. Albans in July (TBA)

WABBA Body Beautiful Spectacular in Colchester August 3/4 (whole day for women, next day for men, should be fab!)

Gravesend Classic, Gravesend Kent August 28th-(might be qualifier for UKBFF or EFBB whatever it is called now). My wonderful wonderful coach Kimberly-Anne Jones is organising this show (women's side) and the women's events for WABBA

FLex mag is sponsering a EFBB/UKFBB? a show in September up North, may have to do this one for my buddy who is one of their writers

Hopefully I will have made the finals for BNBF, early Oct, not sure when NABBA finals are, think in June

That's my year in a nutshell, plus work, plus Uni xxxx

Nah! I've a long way to go before that! Do it for my own challenge! My legs suck! :)
But the more I'm on here, the more I want to get bigger and give it a go just to see how I do out of curiosity! When's your next show?

I'm having next year off to add more size but I will be attending most of the NPA shows.I was dieting for 25 weeks last year and think I will benefit from a rest.I think it is well worth going to some of the natural shows as it gives you something to compare yourself to and is great for motivation.Here's a shot from the NPA British Finals last year.The winner Kevin Skelland,is on the left,John Heaton,3rd,in the centre and me,5th,on the right.Kevin went on to win the UIBBN World Championships in Paris-gives me something to aim for but I think I need another stone of muscle

Although we are about the same age we`ve not met yet but I`ve kept reading your posts on the other Brit sites so good luck in the future !
Although I`m a lifetime natural I`ll stick with the BNBF for now a hope to do well this year !

I`m down 4kg the past few weeks and less than 8kg to go before end of May ??????

Well, I'm not quite ready to post pics yet of myself. My right bicep and lat are a little bigger than the left ones, so I have to work on that. I also want to drop a little bit of weight for the abs. Currently 15 years old, about 5'7" or 5'8", 142-144 lbs, and have been working out for about a year now. Right now I'm in the bulking stage, so I'm not very impressive.

Up to 145 pounds on a fairly empty stomach. Dang, I gained a lot of weight fast.

Alrighttttt...since I talk a lot and act opinionated I'll throw a picture of myself on here.
Here's my Back DB, taken 11/16/05, it's in the middle of my bulking so my bodyfat is pretty high but I thought I'd contribute anyways. I'm 20 years old, 5'8" and probably around 205 or so in the pic...right now I'm 210 and leaner so you'll get more pics in a couple months after I'm done cutting. Okay, done justifying, here goes...

Thanks, Bro, it means a lot. It took a decent amount of nerve for me to post a pic, especially an offseason one, but once I saw all you guys were so cool about it I figured I would too. Next set of pics will probably have me around 195-200 but in the single digits for bodyfat...I'm looking forward to it myself lol
