I`ll not get annoyed with the "Non Natural" comment, but take it as a compliment ! I can say 100% that I have never taken any anabolics or prohormones of any kind. That is the allusion of bodybuilding. When you diet down and get on stage you actually look bigger.
I am not really that big, I`m currently 92kg at 5`11", oh most viewers are yanks so I think 92 is about 200lb
I compete in a Natural Federation and have been urine tested and taken a Polygraph.
I know that I have never taken anything banned and it is just consistent training and eating that after time gets the results.
Don`t take the easy route or the cop out that its impossible to achieve without gear. Buckel down and it will come but it will be slow !

Oh, I`ve just read more of the replies !. 2 years, 6 years. Well no wonder you think I`m on gear. You have forgot that I`m 43yrs old and have 25 years training and knowledge under my belt. I competed in my 20`s then had 20 years away from competition to then make my comeback last year.

And rocky, your back is good, just don`t arch your back as much and stand up a bit straighter, actually lean back.

Yeah, I felt it was a little immature for Sly to make such assumptions. Your muscle has obviously matured with age. You look great for 43 years old, keep it up!

Good work Arnietwo. You have an Aussie fan in me, I wish I could get that lean. Real quality and inspiration I'm 32 so I got time to diet down I guess lol.
I can see how an inexperienced guy may suspect a lean muscular physique like your would require gear, but I would expect more muscle if this was the case.
You on the other hand just top conditioning, Hats off to you.
