U see i finally got my lats pose right when i was reading this thread so i grabbed the camera, hard to take good pics when you got the idea at 02.00AM and no one to help you....will drop some good pics in here after i have had my back exercise, and got my pump working

Nice to see that you`re keeping this thread going. I`ve been off line for a while but a back now !

I`ll try and attach a photo of me taken in July prior to me starting my diet for the BNBF British Championships which were on Sunday past, 1/10/06.

Managed to get 2nd in the Over 40`s section so was quite pleased considering everyone competing had been top 3 at their particular heat.

When the show photos become available I`ll post again.
