Just to add to Rocky`s last post, you don`t want to up the intensity of your cardio, but yes increase the duration !
In brief, cut back on the simple carbs, ie potatoes, bread, pizza, pasta.
Increase low intensity cardio, in particular get in 1 or even 2 45 - 60 minute walks per day.
If you do that every day after a few weeks you will see the differance !
