Hey guys! I have been working on adding some size for a few months and while I know I am still a ways away I am slowly getting there! Right here I am hoverin in the 180-185 range and working towards 200. I just started Laynes Power/hyper routine and am loving it so far.

I know they arent the greatest pics but I have a small lil room here in Afghanistan and its hard to move around ha.

Yep 5'8 is the best haha a lean 180-185 is good place to be at our height.

While I love working out legs and feeling that ache the next few mornings they are something I have never really paid attention to or really looked at I guess. Taking pics of them they just look wierd to me lol. Anyways here are two shots I just took of em.
