Hi, been training hard as bodybuilder for a while. Ive just turned 22. Natural. Let me know what you think, weaknesses. I know i havnt got too many leg shots, they need to come up a bit, my calves however are probably one of my best parts. I think i need extra width on my lats on front double bicep, more tricep, wider shoulders...well bigger and better everything haha.

Looking great!

Well, you said it yourself, legs need to come up. Building leg/lower back strength/size will allow you to add more size to your upper body.

Squats and deadlifts!

Ya man looking lean and mean, like Demon said you dont wanna have no huge upper body and chicken legs doesnt look right. I personally would start bulking up and incorporating more into your leg/back workouts.

Your pictures look great man, I wish I had your dedication at 22, instead I was walking around scratching my ass and eating burritos.

thanks alot for the comments guys! I really appreciate it.
And big phil as long as you have that dedication now it doesnt matter what you were doing in previous years.
Im going away on saturday for 6 weeks im doing a masters personal training course in spain, theres access to the gym on campus so i really want to use this time to make some progression. The food will be good aswell, plenty of neat and fish relatively cheap..so il be eating much better than in UK at the moment. I just cant decide what approach to take. Max-Ot which is what im sort of currently doing, hypertophy inducing reps (10-12), really smashing it twice a day if i can and eating like a beast, or maybey some sort of periodized schedule whereby i change the volume and intensity during the weeks, hopefully peaking when i get back...or even some sort of powerlifting orientated schedule where im working to get as strong as possible in the big three lifts. Any suggestions? I get back early december and im REALLY going to work on putting some on some serious size on over the winter 3 months or so.
