1 to 1.5 g/per lb seems to be a good combo and around what is reccomended by most that I have been told/ seen.
Check out the Nutrition section, post up and ask ALOT of questions about your diet and routine there.
Also,
remember there will always be someone else who is bigger and more bad ass....
Just do you, and then post up your progress, these people seem to be great here and will undoubtedly help you out.
Not to mention- your self view will probably always be " i need to build more here and this or that needs to be bigger" rather than " hey man- great progress, your lookin really lean and mean!"
