Just encase anyone else is interested, despite not being a natural bodybuilder myself I always enjoy Layne's insights on bodybuilding. And I apologize if this was posted elsewhere.

Damn that's a long interview. Layne sure does know his stuff and he really likes to dispel myths and falsehoods. He seems almost out of breath at some parts of the interview, haha!
