I think your problem may lie within your statement of involving machines. Get off the machines and incorporate BBs and DBs for mass. More importantly, you need BB Curls in your split, as it is one of the best mass builders.
If you want to finish off your arms, I'd suggest supersets.
Just remember that your TRICEPS make up 2/3 of your upper arm.. I bet you notice better arm development once you bring up the biggest component of your upper arm. |
good points miggity, i have no preference one way or the other on drop sets, used them from time to time, but they do have their place as well as any routine that is in need of a change up, drop sets/super sets, 21`s, use them all to your advantage, use the BB and DB curls for size and like islander was pointing out on the concentration curls with the db leaning on the inside of your thigh , great exercise
