6 more weeks and this journey will come to an end! and a new one will start! new offseason, new plans and new goals!...lets keep pushing

Thanks guys! let see what happens in 6 weeks! it is going to be a tough show and the only thing i have control of is my conditioning! So my only choice is to get as shredded as possible!...i still need to keep up the hard work to drop the last bit of fat.

I keep it simple!

My macros at this moment (I adjust them every couple of weeks)

Normal Days: C160-P270-F45 (5days per week)
Load Days: C260-P245-F40 (2Days per week)

Food Sources:

Prot: Tilapia, Eggs, Turkey,
Carbs: Brocolli, Oatmeal, 94% fat Free Popcorn, Grapefruit, Berries, Sweet Potatos.
Fats: Fish Oil, Egg Yolk
