Im better now, Jim, but I looked like **** just a couple of weeks ago, so Ive been doing A LOT of cardio lately (Swimming/jogging) to get rid of some fat. Improved my diet a hell of a lot too. Not been doing that much weight training though as it is just the fat thats been bothering me, but I did a full body workout just a couple of days ago and I felt great about it right after! It is quite clear to me now, that weight training is the only training form that gives me and my body the most pleasure! I dont get the same pleasure from jogging or swimming so there is defintly something to it! Its obvious Im never going to cut it out, nor will I, but I wont be doing it a lot either. Just once or twice every couple of weeks will do it. :)
