Hello everybody

I have been going to gym for almost 4 years, after which I've been forced to quit for half a year.
Now I wish to start again, but I don't know exactly what routine to follow, how many times a week and what kind of exercises to do, so my body get used to it.
I'm 187, 80 kg and an ectomorph type.
So every advice is more than welcome,
Vlad.

First welcome to the dungeon bro.
If you worked out for 4 years it shouldnt be to hard for you to get back in to it.
I would do a 4 or 5 day split and stick with your compound exercises.Do like 3 different exercises with around 10-12 reps each for each body part.
Just ease your way back into it.Dont go in and try lifting your max the first day.Take your time and get your body use to working out again.

Even I faced some problem when I newly wanted to start working out after 2 long years. I gave a break due to my business problems but now want to devote some time to body building.

agreed with kaboom. its all about motion the first couple weeks. get ur muscles used to the different movements before you worry about how much ur lifting. and it would prob be a good idea slowly cutting out the junk cuz im sure u havent kept ur diet the past half year. thatll help u get back into it

Hi

I had to quit bodybuilding for a couple of months ago due to a collapsed stomac..

I lost two stone as a result! (bad thing as im light enough as it is)

Im gaining my weight back now again, fast enough but I am wondering should I go back to the gym before Im back to my orignal weight or weight a while longer....

Im eating a massive amount now
7 meals a day,,,, high carb mostly with some protein

any suggestions???
