I have been on a diet and training regimen for about 5 months now. I am 22 pounds down from 237 which makes me 215. Sorry I have no before pics but here are some recent pick. I am a long way from where I want to be and I know I have lot of hard work ahead of me. Would just like to give jessie and mike a litle credit for my progress so far. Feel free to comment on the pics.

Right now I'm cutting. For the summer. sometime next year I plan on competing in a natty show. Don't know if i'll be in good enough shape by then. Only hard work and time will tell. I had more muscle mass when I was 237. Alot of fat too. But overall I am happy with the progress so far. Trying to see what my body can do naturally first then who knows

My comment on the pics is....looking very thick!

A good cut down to single digit bf% and you'll be looking awesome come summertime.

What is your current bf%? 16% or so?

There are quite a few ways to measure your bf, I use the tape measure method

Get yourself a tape measure (one from a clothing store, not the metal type used in construction!)

The, plug in your stats in the attached spreadsheet

It's only an estimate mind you but nonetheless you can track your progress on it.

You know, those pictures remind me of Brock Lesnar without the monster-I-will-eat-a-baby-look! You have amazing traps and good shoulders. Diet seems to have worked as there seems to be no 'belly' as such and bodyfat seems good. Keep up the good work bro!

Alright I plugged my stats in the spreadsheet and it came out to a whopping 24.2% bodyfat. Jeez! I have alot of work ahead of me. I will measure it again in a couple months and see if it has gone down. Thanks again bro

wow dude, looking good. Keep up the good work and next thing you know, you'll take a few pics with some nice looking girls

But if this helps: never be satisfied with your body, always look at it and say man i need more. If you become too satisfied with it, you might lose your motivation.

But don't take that too seriously, you look like a natural builder :)
Keep up the progress and you will eventually reach your goal in no time.

That would be awesome to get together one day and lift. Its nice to see some dungeoneers in person. By the way by the looks of your pick if I had the bodyfat percentage you had I would be way smaller than you. You have an great physique with that low of bf. My goal is to be that lean. I'm on my way. Let me know when you guys want to get together and sling some weight around.

Thanks for the comment bro. You are very right when you say never be satisfied. When you are satisfied is when you stop growing and I think I have alot more growing to do. (have to lose the bodyfat first.) Again bro thanks for the support.

Hey dude;
nice work - as said above look real thick lots of quality muscle under a little BF. The 24% number is bunk - I bet you are between 15 & 17%. Good diet (essentail) and cardio will strip that away in a few months - don't go for any crash diet or you'll loose muscle too.

Thanks bro. I thought 24% was a little high myself. I will be sure to post new pics in july and see if you guys see any progress. Since i first posted this thread I am down 4lbs which puts me at 211lbs.
