yea for sure read the bulking primer, and then figure out your diet now and you can add in more carbs basically is the ticket, since your going to be bulking 1 pound of body weight you will need only 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, but increasing the carbs that are complex and a good source will give you better results, a clean bulk is a option, which is a bulk diet that you dont just pile everything in , a dirty bulk is eat all and anything you desire, how ever your going to be putting on more bf on a dirty bulk than a clean bulk, all depends on where you set you top limit in body weight and body fat %, once you reach that its time for a cut diet to see what muscle you had gained in the bulk phase.. read the bulking primer and then ask some questions,,
