Its really difficult giving advice to someone on the internet, 12-13% bodyfat isnt a bad start! Im going to give you general advice re cutting especially for a first time show, IMO I would start out a 20 weeks and gradually start the process of cutting by cleaning up the diet and once that has been achieved decrease carbs and slowly introduce cardio till you losing upto about 2 lb a week, anymore than this after the initial few weeks, you should increase carbs. ( don't forget to increase carbs on at least one day a week)It is better to arrive early at the BF you desire than to have to try to drop too quick which robs people of muscle mass. Get someone you trust, who has a good insight into bodybuilding comps as your third eye, if you can't do this, disregard how good the front part of your physique looks and try to pinch around the lower back, once this is paper thin, youre in good shape! Achieve this and then repost and we can look at ways of carbing up and water manipulation.
