Pro's: very informational in training, diet, and supplementation advice. (I just wish people would follow the supplement advice) Layne also talks about the psychology of bodybuilding and eating which I haven't seen discussed before to much extent. Efficient use of film time; there is not an entire hour devoted to watching Layne eat.
Workouts were hardcore as always but not boring.
Cons: Personally I would have liked to hear him talk more about his research and his thoughts on different diet theories but most people would probably be bored/or not understand it so I understand not including it.

I have one of the largest collections of bb movies outside of mocvideo so I'm a pretty tough critic. I think most most people will find it both informational and entertaining.
