this would help me tons because my diet is really getting affected by my work right now.

Prepare some chicken the night before and tupper ware it, mix in some rice and you got a day of good snacking. For you it would be all about the night before prep I think.

Have you tried tuna straight from the can? Chicken was my first thought as well. I also do lean ground turkey burgers on whole wheat buns or bread, I like to grill them the night before, but a pan on the stove would work too. Good advice on the rice idea, just make sure you are eating brown rice for the complex carbs to fuel your workouts and your brain.

Two scoops of whey in a shaker buttle plus one banana. One serving of a weight gainer. cottage cheese, fruit and wheat crackers. Those 5 minute rice packs, then put in some chopped chicken or steak that was previously cooked. Protein bars are good for on the go. Healthy cereal, use protein powder in the milk. Have all of these ready in tupperwear so you can just microwave or mix. There are many options.

for a quick 10min break, whole grain pasta is high in complex carbs so you don't have to eat that much to get a lot of carbs in.

i think 2 cups cooked is about 80g of carbs! haha. i think!

and just mix some cooked chicken breast in that like these guys have been sayin'.

6oz of chicken breast is at least 30g of protein or more and it really isn't that much chicken bro!

that's a quick and efficient meal right there. wish some water
