I plan on one day doing a natural bodybuilding show, but about 1 year ago i took a prohormone, M1T's. Definitely a big mistake and definitely something that i never want to do again. The side effects sucked to say the least, the results weren't permanent, and it took about 2 months after i finished the 1 month cycle before i started feeling my test levels were back to normal. Not a good feeling when i was only 18. What I'm wondering, is how long one has to wait if they've taken a prohormone to compete in a natural bodybuilding federation, if anybody knows??

depends on the federation, i've heard of some that have a 7 year time period. find out what show you want to do and email/contact the show promoter or federation for their rules and regulations.

man that would suck for me lol. There's a non tested show in my area in november but that would put me at a big disadvantage being up against up bunch of guys who are actually using steroids.

just contact the natural federation and explain the story to them and ask what time frame you are looking at before you can compete. no harm in asking.

^TRUE^ I hate cheaters. I don't understand the purpose of doing a natural show if you've taken banned substances. Would you feel honored if you won? Live life with a sense of morality & pride.
