I'm asking because yesterday I felt weaker than last monday and trying to think of what could of been. I've been doing a lot of changes on my diet because I don't have $$$ so I go to my mother's house to eat and I eat what she serves so that might be the reason? cause i've been resting good, so if it's not that then is that I had a bad lifting day.

you def have bad lifting days but yes your diet plays a big role in your lifting. You need your carbs for energy in the gym.Im in a cutting ohasae ow for a contest and my bench dont go over 225 when I normally get 355.I could go a little higher but need to keep reps high. You should have more energuy on a good bulk.

diet makes a big difference. even just the pre workout meal is very important. i get ton's more energy off of oatmeal and meat or eggs than i ever do off of frozen burritos. unfortunately frozen burritos are alot more convinent.

yeah
if you're not getting enough protein, or enough calories, you will either stay at a certain weight, or go down.

if you're cutting, don't expect to gain much stregth. in fact, expect to loose some eventually.

Yes, diet, mood, rest, time of day....everything affects my lifts.

Your poundage will cycle up and down naturally, even if you're not doing it on purpose, so don't worry about 1-2 weeks attempting a max effort but feeling weak. If it's been a month or so, then something isn't going quite right.

My whole life effects my lifts. LOL. When cutting I get fatigued quicker, but I can still lift serious weights. Not as much as what I would when I'm all carbed up but I still have great strength. Only thing that I've noticed when on a diet is that I burn out quicker. That's all IMO

Ofcourse it'll effect your lifting...This is probably the most imprtant thing...Food=Power...
You need to have enough proten enough carb and enough calories during the day to give your body "fuel" and to get it ready for the lifting...

Cutting is the best example you can see great amount of change in strength whenever a person is citting...During Bulking stages you can have alot of power but when carbs&calories go down so does your power.

Even though you said you dont have $ now and you need to go to your mothers house, just eat a shit load of whatever she makes couse you're bulking so something is much better then nothing ...It works for me

Lil big junior pretty much summed it up.

And I agree with the master, eat whatever you can if money is tight(even if it is a lot of junk, add some veg/fruit if you can). Just keep an eye on the bodyfat.
