Last week I was pressing and I felt a hot streak go across my chest. My own damned fault, I was rushing through my workout and did not execute proper form. I went to the ER that night and they thought it was just a bad strain. I iced it let it rehab and it felt better last week, then I was brushing my teeth yesterday and noticed that my right pec is indeed deformed. I am quite sure it is torn, I have a appointment with an doc today to schedule an MRI. Hopefully surgery can be done to fix the deformation. I have posted pics of the damage, makes me sick to my stomach to see these, knowing it will only look worse dieted down. Makes me wonder how successful I'll ever be now. Chest was a strong point for me and that looks like it will not be the case anymore, I am not the most genetically gifted guy to begin with so hopefully there is a way to fix it.
