I want to be as natural as I can be. I am trying to gain 10-15 lbs in about 6 weeks. I race motorcycles and will have my first race at Daytona in march. I need help. I also have a photo shoot, upper body in a month. What are some options to try and meet my goals? I was on hold because I needed to check my testosterone levels and body functions. High testosterone and my liver and kidneys look good.
So what are the best exercises for my upper body and what should I eat to bulk up. I am xyy and can eat a cheesecake at night and still not gain weight. But I want to stay healthy. Do you even agree with protein shakes or is that not natural? So help me, I am ready to go. Work out routine, food etc. If I have posted in the wrong section give me the boot but show me the way. Thanks El Dub

sounds like you're brand new to lifting (no offense). if so, that's great- you'll probably never grow as fast again. 15 lbs. in 6 weeks might actually happen. I'd recommend the basic routine from Strossen's Super Squats or McCallum's Keys to Progress. they're very solid beginner routines. if you were in it for the longer haul I might suggest Rippetoe's routine from Starting Strength as well. all these programs are found easily online. I'd recommend McCallum's Get Big Drink recipe too but you probably don't really want to drink al of it in 1 day like he recommends b/c you'll probably show up to your photo shoot w/ a little spare tire! you are going to have to eat, though. no way to grow w/o it (though you could tone up w/o many extra cals).
