The OCB for instance, if you fail the poly and pass a urine test can you still compete. I took a est. blocker from online but they even ban that as well i thought it was ok b/c it was OTC (Nolvadex XT) i have to wait 7 years now?

if it is banned then you cant compete in the OCB for 7years partna! if you fail one i think you cant compete, you would have to call the org or the promoter hosting the show.

Well exactly how effective is testing? Can they even tell how far back you took something?

Or is it basically, whatever's in your system at the time? Which I guess would be within a few weeks of the show. Just curious cause I find this to be very facinating. Also safe! I don't think anything could feel worse than spending months preparing for a show only to get blown away by someone because of some wayward standards. I mean, you'll certainly have the satisfaction of knowing you did it naturally, but still.

Well as far as beating the poly goes... In the words of George Costanza "That's like asking Poveratti teach me to sing like you".

I think the worst that could happen there is it comes up unconclusive. But I meant the urinalysis. That's my biggest fear right now in my upcoming show. I don't want to be taking something that's legit, legal, etc... yet to accidently fall into some loophole during the pee test that fails me. That's why I ask, how effective it really is.
