I agree in a sense; however studies show that leucine is the amino acid that stimulates protein synethis and elvated luecine levels increase muscle mass. If your very serious about gaining muscle extra Luecine does play a factor. also helps burn fat.

Leucine has worked for me Ill just keep doing what works..just trying to be the extremely best I can be! Correct knowledge is power!
