Hi guys.

I guess this is what some of you have been wating for. I have completed the second part of "My world my way" now "the dark version". I hope you guys enjoy this as I have never put so much work into a movie before. Note that I am also no longer a bodybuilder, but just a regular guy. I dont have time for the whole story, but Ive been visiting a shrink to get rid of my addiction of bodybuilding for a while now. So that being said, I am not training anything for the moment, and I am not eager to do so again in the future. At least I need a break from it all, but I have other values in life right now than just training. Ive been so selfish for so long, so its about time giving something back instead. I am a much more mature and grown person now, and have learned a lot from all of this. I dont even recognize myself in the video anymore. "True" is just a character, nothing else. You might seem dissapointet, but belivie me I am much better off without this. I have a family which loves me, and thats all that matters right now. Plus I got a job which includes a lot of responsibillity. A responsibillity which I tend to keep. I just try to stay positive and focused for the future. Riding the bodybuilding rollercoaster has been a fun ride no doubt about it, but its time to move on now. Allright you guys, I aint got much time to write anymore so I`ll just leave you with what I got left. My final effort in bodybuilding... Enjoy you guys, and be safe. Im out.

I can understand what you mean "True" I've met many people who had an unhealthy outlook on the gym and training. If this is what you need than props for having the guts and strength to take that step. Hopefully you'll be able to at least keep yourself healthy.

Take it easy.

i can definitely understand that bodybuilding is what you think of as an addiction. i look at it as a lifestyle not an addiction. if you feel as if this "lifestyle" is bringing negativity into your life, then by all means stop doing what you've been doing. but if you can honestly say that the people that have loved you wouldn't love you unless you gave it up, or the job you have wouldn't still be there after a hard workout, then honestly neither of the two things are worth their weight in shit. real love is about understanding and compassion for others, and if your loved ones don't understand that....it's time to find some new loved ones bro

Great movies man.

Best of luck in whatever you decide to do. I don't think you ever give up that part of you. Its you, a part of you at any rate. But if you have other things that are more important than it's all good, you don't want to be old and think to yourself that you neglected your family because of what you loved to do.
