So I've been on a Keto diet for close to 2 weeks. I have a contest next Saturday( Oct 20th), I decided to start consuming carbs last night and wow. I took in 44 grams via oatmeal and a very short time later I was vascular as all hell. I had veins I have not seen in the gym, even when I tried Hotstuff and Niacin!

I love this carb-up process after the Keto diet, amazing!

Yeah you cut the carb and up your protein and fats. I was consuming about 60 - 70 % of my calories from fats. It's a good way to cut, but it is not for the faint and those lacking dedication. I was also cutting my total calories as well so it was a b@%&$

I'm gonna look into a carb cycling plan, or just use the carb timing that I've read about in Laynes articles.
