There are test booster you can use. You just have to do the investigation to ensure the ingredients are not on a banned list.

The org I may compete in, WNSO, will allow Ephederine as well - in moderate dosages. One piece of advice I received from a WNSO'r is that if you can buy it at your local GNC then it is highly unlikely it is banned. Not sure if that would work in the US or not. Still you gotta do your own homework when it comes to that stuff.

I find it confusing enough that I keep it pretty simple, good diet and lots of hard work.

actually there is very little legitimate research to support glutamine.

I once thought glutamine was a decent supplement, but after some actual research and about 100 bucks down the toilet I pretty much realized most of its a waste. Not to mention that its also worthless as it is digested in the stomach and it actually never serves it intended purpose. Just my findings, but I think many of the regulars on the site will agree with me.
