I know this is my first post but it could well be that you had a much larger turd yesterday than the day before or maybe you sweated more during your workout etc.I can actually lose quite a lot of weight from one day to the next....strange but true.

umm, your scale could possibly be off my friend, if you or your family uses one common scale and the weight among you is different the scale can be off my as much as 3 lbs and the most 5 lbs off the normal..

Is your scale digital, or does it use the dial method? How old is your scale? Does anyone else in your family use this scale.

You may have had several things happen. Dropped water weight. Passed alot of stool. You may not know this, ( and my wife read this information dont remember when anything) but your body needs 3 days to equal out to get a proper measure of your body weight.

It's really not a set back for you bbdude. Look at how much you have gained so far. I know your mentally expecting the scale to increase everyday but this can happen..

I think your body is evening out your natural weight and getting adjusted to what your doing and this is the answer. May not be what your looking for but, except it and move on. Your still way ahead of your plan my friend.

Your doing a great job and your consistant at what your doing. Your setting reachable goals, taking small steps to reach them and achieving them.. ,,, your walking, living, breathing proof that gaining weight and hard work can and will pay off. I ( for one) take my hat off and pat you on the back for setting and going after your goal. Your setting yourself up for the rest of your life. And I think it will be a briliant road for you bbdude!!!!

keep pumping enjoy the journey.

Chris
