Had to share this. A buddy of mine is getting ready for a show in Nov. He is about 206, pretty lean. He started at about 215 or so and he's stronger and bigger at 206.

I asked about his diet and damn he is in Carb heaven, 88 grams for breakfast and has carbs with every meal. Of course he also has to scarf down 12 oz of chicken for each of his 5 daily meals.

Just crazey to think he does 20 mins of cardio daily and eats what he eats and is getting more muscle mass and strength as he leans out, damn!

And the physical difference in just 2 weeks is astounding!!

Thanks, it's the beauty of the silhouette, hides everything else.

blood type plays a factor in how carbs are utilized by the body... not sure if that's what this situation is about or the actual utilization process of carbs and metabolism....

what types of carbs are they / foods?

His carbs are food. I got his weight wrong as well. He started at 200 and is now 211. It's pretty cool, not natty but still pretty cool process.
