I would start with diet. without a good diet you will not be able to achieve your goals. Start limiting your junk food intake like sweets, pizza, things like that. Eat more lean meats like chicken, lean beef, fish. Good carbs like rice, pasta, potatoes. There are some good nutritional articles on this site
