You know that carbs are muscle preserving when they are some part of the journal of fat loss ..far better than keto diets cuz u loose pretty valuable muscle ..

but what about CKD ? is it worth it ?

Dude...Keto rocks bro... I've been keto for over a year, and you're making presumptions that keto strips muscle based on what? Where's the science dude? I've never been leaner nor stronger in my life.
