First attempt on heavy squat

Today i had my first training at the new gym, and therefore my first attempt on really heavy squats.. atleast heavy for me lol^^

warmup: 143lbs for 20
Second set: 176lbs for 8
Third set: 198lbs for 6
Fourth set: 209lbs for 5
so i thought, can i do 220lbs for reps?
and i tried:
Fifth set: 221lbs for 3... the 3rd rep was heavy, but i made it ^^

im totally ****ed in my legs right now, but i loved this, and im very satisfied with the results of my first attempt...^^ looks like things is going my way atm^^

and it was ass to the grass squats.. no cheats here lol^^
when i was going out of the gym to refill water i had to go down a little stairway, where my legs actually couldnt take anymore and i almost fell to the ground with a loud stomp.. everyone turned around at looked at me.. funny ****^^

yer my gym has some steps that i have to walk up to get out and on leg day im literally crawling up the stairs.
one way to no you've had a good leg workout

Good job man. I did legs this morning and couldnt see straight after my last set. Everything looked cool but obviously wasnt because I had a hard time reracking the weight ass if I wasnt all there if you know what I mean.

When ever I do Heavy squats I only go to parallel, I only go ass down on the Hack Squat but the next day my glutes hurt like a bastard.

the worst part of training legs is the next day when you want to go for a ****, but can't sit on the toilet seat properly because it hurts too much
