Today i had my first training at the new gym, and therefore my first attempt on really heavy squats.. atleast heavy for me lol^^
warmup: 143lbs for 20
Second set: 176lbs for 8
Third set: 198lbs for 6
Fourth set: 209lbs for 5
so i thought, can i do 220lbs for reps?
and i tried:
Fifth set: 221lbs for 3...

the 3rd rep was heavy, but i made it

im totally fucked in my legs right now, but i loved this, and im very satisfied with the results of my first attempt...^^ looks like things is going my way atm^^
