tell u the truth bbdude, there was no one in the gym that really mattered. So I just hammered everything i could outta my workout.. Did more than I expected,, I was concerened about overtraining.
More importantly I needed to know when to STOP.. my heart rate was up,,i was sweating profusily.
by mid day my legs where sore.. hhahaha,,, love it ,eating and growing..
I will be at 200 most likely sooner than i expect,, I'm 180 now..
