Need some help on my rouitine as of right know im working out 5 days a week straight and takeing of two days and thats one body part a day. Do you guys think that im over working it or should go back to my old rouitine which was 2 days on one day of and working two body parts. thanks for any input.

Nope I do the same and have no problems. As long as you plan correctly. I.E dont do chest and then shoulder the next day because incline uses a lot of shoulder and you will be hitting it back to back but if you do chest then back and then shoulders , they kind of get a days rest of direct stimulation.

sound good and makes sense about the not doing shoulder after a chest day thanks. will stick to it.

i train 2 on 1 off, 3 on, 1 off

IMO 2 days on 1 off is better for your mentality...i don't think i can ever go back training 5 days straight again unless i was doing a comp then i would

Personally I always do 4 days straight or 5 days straight every now and then. My weekends are too speratic for me to be able to guarantee that I will be around my gym and I dont like to take the chance of missing a day so i usually go tuesday-friday then take 3 days off in a row.
