question about gaining mass

i´ve been doing 2x a week split and i was wondering if i should lower the frequncy to once a week split, i mean every bodypart trained once. i´m gonna keep doing volume but i get to wonder if i lower the frequency will i gain same mass on once week as with 2x a week?

Try it for 6 weeks and see what happens. Everybody is different and do not respond the same so you just have to try it for yourself.

how long have you been doing 2x's a week? and yea alot of times once a week works out pretty well.

You could try doing 1x a week then after a month or so change it back to 2x a week to give the body a shock.

Personally I think it is all about how much you can handle and what your body responds best to. The only way you are going to find out is to try it. If you feel its too much or you can't handle it, or don't want to handle it, then bring it back down to one. But I've always felt 2x is best (to a certain extent).
