Hey, hows it going?
I just read your Pre-contest article.
I was just wondering if you feel that timming your carbs like the article says is more effective then spacing carbs out evenly throughout the day?
Also, do you time your carbs like that in the off season. Or eats carbs throughout the day?
Thanks for any help you can give me.

yes I do think it is more effective.
in the offseason i still time them but they are spaced out more; I get at least 20-30g at every meal; & 75-100 pre & post workout
