I'm wondering how everyone here goes about getting their muscle sleep. Do you have a set bed time and a set time you get up, or does it fluctuate throughout the week. Do you blow off any activities that you're invited to attend because of your early bed time? Or do you adjust as needed?

Well I can wake up later on some days but most of the time no. I want to start waking up really early to lift because that works best with my schedule right now. The earlier I wake up though, the earlier I need to aim to get to bed.

I would say try to aim for around 8 - 9 hours sleep as muscles need rest after a good workout

I would like to wake up at 4am so I can begin working at at 5:30am. That means I would have to go to bed by 8pm at latest. It just doesn't seem to be realistic. Then again I guess that's just part of the game.

For me I need to be getting to sleep at pretty much the same time every day to sleep well. If my sleep pattern changes then I normally get a lot less sleep and feel grumpy.

That's my schedule: 9 am - 5 am. I feel like I'm sleeping the summer away sometimes, but I feel rested and ready to rock the weights that early. Plus, I love people's reactions when I tell them that I lift at 5 am. Most people don't let our lifestyle (the pain, the eating, etc.), but that's why I do what I do.

Sleep is very important. Have ATLEAST 6 hours of sleep and up to 8 hours.
Just a few days ago, I woke up really grouchy and my sister ate my hot pocket so I punched a hole in her door lolol.
I usually don't care but that hot pocket packed 2x as much protein as it usually does so yeah.
